Refund policy
We want you to love your Bambière products. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:
- Returns timeframe: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare or wellness products.
- Exchanges: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return postage unless the product is faulty or we made an error.
